Description: | Initial: 18:31 19-Apr-2024 Dear Customer, Thuraya is working closely with the satellite manufacturer to recover the operation of the services on the T3 satellite. Unfortunately, current indications are that services on the satellite beams that cover Australia will not be recovered for at least several days from now. Pivotel will continue to work actively with Thuraya to ensure that users are kept up to date about the restoration of their services and that services are restored as quickly as possible. Update: 09:55 02-May-2024 Unfortunately, Thuraya Services are not recovered yet. We are hoping to get more updates by end of the week. Update: 16:39 02-May-2024 Thuraya has advised Pivotel that they have suffered a sustained Force Majeure Event which prevents services being delivered in Australia.
