Pivotel Iridium GO! exec® and Certus 100 Land plans use the Iridium Mobile Satellite Network. Satellite reception limitations and some exclusion zones apply. Visit www.pivotel.co.nz/networks/iridium/ for a coverage map. An Iridium GO! exec® terminal is required to access the Pivotel Iridium GO! exec® and Certus 100 Land services. All plans have a minimum contract term and change of plan is not allowed during the contract term. You can select ‘keep your local numbers’ option on your GO! exec® plans to retain your two GO! exec® Australia mobile numbers at $15 per month after the minimum contract term. Voice and data services will not be available during this period. Your GO! exec® Australia mobile numbers for the two phone lines will remain the same when you resume the service. All calls are charged in one minute increments unless otherwise stated. Any stated minute charges are to band 1 countries only (which includes New Zealand). Calls to higher bands may be at higher rates. Pivotel may apply call barring where fraudulent use is suspected, there is a breach of the Pivotel Incoming Calls Fair Use Policy or for credit control purposes. Data is charged in 1KB increments and minimum data session is 5KB. A Dynamic Shared Group (DSG) allows pooling of the monthly data allowance to all services in the DSG for Certus land plans only. A DSG must consist of a minimum of five services. All services in a single DSG must be activated on the same single common plan. Services in a DSG inherit the attributes (data speed, usage allowance) of the plan the DSG is based on. DSG pooling will incur a 10% premium on monthly access fee and data overage. Prices are in NZD including tax and are subject to change. Minimum cost for standard monthly plan is monthly access fee x contract term. Minimum cost for DSG plan is DSG monthly access fee per service x number of services x contract term. You will receive a bill by email from Pivotel listing any payments you have made during the billing period, and a summary of your service usage to enable you to keep track of your overall service usage and monthly spend. You may receive a pro-rata access fee charge on your first Pivotel bill, calculated from the actual date of service connection to the date of your first bill. Itemized billed and unbilled service usage is available in the secure Selfcare website at www.pivotel.co.nz/selfcare. An itemised bill listing all of your service usage events is available on request. You may elect to receive a paper bill by post for an additional fee. Pivotel plans are available to credit approved customers only.
